This is one of the easiest new Tex-Mex-style appetizers, and it's a sure-fire success at a party. As you can see, it's like a roast beef sandwich with a new coat.
What You'll Need
- 4 (12-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (8 ounce) container bacon-horseradish dip
- 10 to 12 ounces, roast beef, thinly sliced
- lettuce
What to Do
-
Spread 1 side of a tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of horseradish dip, covering whole tortilla. Top with 1 or 2 slices of beef. Spread with another 2 tablespoons dip. Top lettuce leaves.
-
Roll up tortilla jelly-roll-style and place seam-side down on a platter. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
-
Cover and refrigerate. Before serving, cut each roll-up into thirds.

Where do you find bacon horseradish dip in Texas? I wonder if I get regular bacon dip and add horseradish to it if it will turn out the same? Test time in the kitchen! :-)
