Our Pull-Apart Cheese Bread is great for a movie night at home with some friends and family. That's 'cause this pull-apart bread is made with delicious and irresistible ingredients, like two kinds of melted cheese and yummy buttermilk biscuits. Just don't blame us if this recipe steals the show!
What You'll Need
- 2 (16.3-ounce) packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 1/4 cup shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese blend
- 1 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (4-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9- x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Separate biscuit dough into 16 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces and place in a large bowl. Add cheeses and chilies; toss until well mixed. Place in baking dish.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and cooked through. Pull apart and serve.
Notes
- When tossing the biscuits with cheeses, make sure to separate any biscuits that stick together. This will help make sure that there is cheesy deliciousness in every bite!
- Our Peanut Butter & Jelly Monkey Bread is another great pull apart, that's great to serve when friends come over!

Oh, my goodness, this is one those recipes I could get completely lost in...with all of that cheesy yumminess, but I do have to agree with grannyblu it really does need some butter to keep it from getting dried out, and to give it more texture and a big flavor burst you can also always add a handful of fried onion into the mix...I bet that would be amazing as well!

This has got to be one of the easiest and quickest recipes for pull apart bread I have ever seen. Most require that you make your own dough or you have to slice a pre made loaf of bread all carefully. I left the green chiles out, only because my son doesn't like them, and it tasted much like the cheesy bread I usually get at the pizza place.

I literally could not stop munching on this bread. It's so yummy and satisfying. It doesn't hurt to add more cheese in my opinion...because when has more cheese ever been a bad thing? Never!

I make a similar one using a Bundt pan and 3 cans biscuits cut up 1 stick of melted butter 1=11/2 teaspoons garlic powder and at least 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese(or more) This version sounds good if it has some melted butter so it would not be so dry and would be good with chili I sometimes use a small 8 x8 pan and use only 2 cans biscuits
