Five and Ten Limeade

With five cups of water and the juice of ten limes, you can see why I call this five-and-ten limeade. Plus, it reminds me of the drink I use to get at the five-and-dime store in downtown Troy, New York, where I grew up.
What You'll Need
- 5 cups water
- 2/3 cup Lime juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 cups ice cubes
What to Do
- In a large pitcher, combine the water, lime juice, and sugar; stir well. Add the ice and serve immediately.
Notes
Pour each serving into a tall glass, add a straw, and garnish with a slice of lime for that "fresh from the tree" flavor.
