    Wouldn't you agree that strawberry is a food that's a hit with everyone? Well, we love starwberries and this Speedy Strawberry Sorbet is a hit every time!

    What You'll Need

    • 3 (10-ounce) packages frozen strawberries in syrup

    What to Do

    1. Break frozen strawberries into chunks. Process chunks in a food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
       
    2. Pour fruit mixture into an 8-inch square pan. Freeze until firm, 4 hours or overnight. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

    Can I use fresh strawberries?

    Hello - Unfortunately, we do not recommend using fresh strawberries in this recipe, since frozen strawberries in syrup give this sorbet it's consistency and taste.
