Why don't you tell us the health contents of recipes. I would especially like to know how much sodium, etc. is in this recipe.

Just by reading the ingredients, I can tell there is way too much sodium. Especially for those on a salt restricted diet. Of course it is divided among 6 servings, but still too much salt. That being said, I bet it still tastes delicious! :)

Definitely sounds cheesy. My usual recipe uses 8 oz. of cheese for 8 oz. of macaroni and this recipe calls for 10 oz plus 4 oz of Velveeta and in case that wasn't enough a can of cheese soup!

starting with uncooked pasta may be why more cheese is used, but my recipe I use at least 3-4 cheeses, so the amount of cheese here doesn't surprise me...I am going to try this with the cheeses I use when I make it.

Incredible - and So-o-o Easy!!! Thank you - you just made my busy life easier. I made a few alterations - I carmelized the onions, some minced garlic, one minced jalapeno pepper and a finely chopped small carrot, then added to the rest of the recipe. Great flavor!
