If any item in an order is out of stock, we will
hold the entire shipment until inventory on the back-ordered item
arrives. If you prefer not to wait for the entire shipment, you
may place a separate order for those additional items not on back-order
and they will be shipped immediately. When placing separate orders,
shipping & handling will be charged on each order; if we hold
your entire shipment, only one shipping & handling charge
will apply. We will only contact you if an item ordered is unavailable.

We are currently accepting product orders for delivery
only to addresses within the US.
We ask that you provide your street address for
delivery, since we ship packages via either UPS Ground Service
or the US Postal Service.
Items usually ship within 7-10 business days of
credit approval.
Shipping & Handling charges are automatically
calculated based upon current UPS and USPS rates. There
is a $10 surcharge for orders shipped to addresses in Alaska and
Hawaii. Also, regardless of delivery address, certain products
require an additional shipping charge and, if this applies, it
will be calculated at checkout.
For orders to delivery addresses within the state
of Florida, 6% sales tax is automatically calculated. However,
no sales tax is applied to our edible gifts.
After you've completed your order, please print
a copy and keep it for your records. This print-out will contain
your order number, necessary when corresponding with us regarding
your order.
If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why
we offer a no-hassle money-back guarantee on all our products
for sixty (60) days. Merchandise must be returned in resalable
condition and in original packaging. See "Return Policy"
