Artichoke-Parmesan Crostini

For ease, buy toasted baguette slices from the grocery store bakery or substitute bagel chips or melba toast rounds for baguette slices.
What You'll Need
- 1 (12-ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 44 baguette slices, lightly toasted
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Spread 1 tablespoon artichoke mixture on each baguette slice, and place on ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake 6 to 7 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve hot.
