Hold on tight for these babies because they are good, good, GOOD! Balsamic seasoning is great on everything and on these chicken wings it is a winner, winner chicken dinner!
What You'll Need
- 2 pounds chicken wings
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
What to Do
- Cut off and discard chicken wing tips; cut wings in half at joint.
- Combine chicken, vinegar, and green onions in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and shake gently. Marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- Preheat the grill. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place rack on grill over medium-high heat (350 to 400 degrees). Place chicken on rack, and grill, covered, 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until done.
Notes
To make this 3-ingredient recipe even easier, buy those wings in the supermarket that are already disjointed. You can find them in the frozen food section. No need to even thaw 'em- they'll thaw as they marinate.
