Cheesy Ham Roll ups
- MAKES
- 3 dozen
- PREP
- 10 Min
Talk about melt-in-your-mouth goodness....Mmm, mmm! These go down so easy, you'd better make plenty, 'cause they disappear practically as soon as they hit the table!
What You'll Need
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 slices (8 ounces) deli ham
What to Do
-
In a medium-sized bowl, combine cream cheese, parsley, and garlic powder; mix well.
-
Spread equally over each slice of ham. Roll up each slice tightly, jelly-roll style, starting from a short side. Cut each roll into 4 equal slices.
- Serve, or cover and chill until ready to serve.

I have also made these and add horseradish to the cream cheese. Very tasty!

I make these also, except I roll them up with a deli dill spear in the middle. Nice flavor combination!

I think marinated asparagus would work as well!! Thanks for the idea, I'm going to try that!
