What You'll Need

- 1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 pint strawberries, washed, hulled, and sliced
- 2 red apples, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 green pears, cored and cut into chunks
- 2 bananas, peeled and sliced (see Note)
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan, combine the pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, and orange peel over medium heat; mix well and cook until smooth, stirring occasionally.
- In a small bowl, combine the orange juice and cornstarch; mix well and stir into the cream cheese mixture, stirring until thickened. Cover and refrigerate until cold.
- Place the remaining ingredients in a serving bowl or individual bowls.
- Drizzle with the sauce and serve.
Notes
Bananas tend to turn dark quickly once they're cut, so drizzle them with a little lemon juice to slow down that process, or simply cut and add the bananas just before serving.
