Full-of-Beans Dip

Talk about a Southwestern taste explosion! Our Full-of-Beans Dip is a great take on a classic party appetizer, and you can even make it as mild or as spicy as you desire. Serve with tortilla chips and dig in!
What You'll Need
- 2 cans (9 ounces each) Jalapeno bean dip
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- Hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)
- 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese (reserve 1/2 cup)
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine bean dip, cream cheese, sour cream, onion, and pepper sauce (if desired). Add 1-1/2 cups Monterey Jack cheese; mix again gently.
- Put mixture into an 8 x 8" glass baking dish coated with a non-stick vegetable spray; sprinkle dip with reserved cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Notes
Serve with Keebler Rancho or Nacho Suncheros.
