Spicy, nutty, and D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S, these Hot Chili Peanuts are killer! You'll love 'em as much as we do!
What You'll Need
- 9 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts (about 2-1/2 pounds)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons ground red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread peanuts in a single layer on an ungreased 10- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet.
- Combine butter and remaining 3 ingredients; stir well. Pour butter mixture over peanuts; toss gently. Bake 15 minutes, stirring often.
Notes
Don't worry if you have only unsalted dry-roasted peanuts in your pantry; simply add 1 or 1-1/2 tablespoons of salt instead of the 1/2 teaspoon called for in this recipe.
