Meaty Cheesy Dip
- MAKES
- 6 cups
- COOK TIME
- 10 Min
Meaty, cheesy goodness all in one dish... it sounds too good to be true! But this dip proves it's not! Don't just take our word for it- give it a try and see for yourself.
What You'll Need
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/2 pound ground hot pork sausage
- 1 (2-pound) loaf process cheese spread, cubed
- 1 (8-ounce) jar medium salsa
What to Do
- Brown ground chuck and sausage in a large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles; drain in a colander, discarding drippings.
- Add cheese and salsa; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Serve with large corn chips.
Notes
If you want to turn up the heat a notch or two, substitute a 2-pound loaf of Mexican process cheese for regular. If that's still not enough, go for hot salsa. That'll do it!
