Spinach Feta Dip

This flavorful dip will be a hit at your next party. Whether you need an ooh-so-fancy accompaniment with a vegetable tray or a quick-and-easy dip for a last-minute party, you'll crave this creamy concoction.
What You'll Need
- 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh spinach (see note)
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
What to Do
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring until mixture is blended. Stir in spinach. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
- Stir in sour cream before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables or toasted pita wedges.
Notes
Find 10-ounce bags of fresh spinach in the produce section of the supermarket. Measure out what you need for this recipe, and save the rest for a healthy salad!
