- MAKES
- 16 wedges
- COOK TIME
- 20 Min
With these individual pizzas you get half the amount of cheese as regular pizza, but you still get the full-bodied flavor, 'cause the salsa and beans really pack a punch!
What You'll Need
- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
What to Do
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-
Spray both sides of tortillas lightly with cooking spray and place on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until crisp, turning once halfway through heating.
- Remove from oven and layer evenly with salsa, beans, and cheese. Return to oven and bake 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and hot. Cut each into 4 wedges and serve.
Notes
If you want to cut back on fat even more, use 1/2 cup regular Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup reduced-fat Cheddar cheese.
