Thanksgiving Tortillas
- MAKES
- about 3 dozen slices
- PREP
- 10 Min
As a light snack or as an alternative to finger sandwiches, these Thanksgiving Tortillas taste as good as they look. And by using cranberries as a condiment, we don't add extra fat.
What You'll Need
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 4 to 8 iceberg lettuce leaves (depending on size)
- 12 slices deli turkey (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup jellied cranberry sauce
What to Do
- Place 1 tortilla on a clean work surface and top with 1 or 2 lettuce leaves. Place 3 slices of turkey over lettuce then spoon 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce over turkey.
- Roll up the tortilla and place seam-side down on a serving plate; repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Cut into 1-inch slices (see Note) and serve.
Note
We suggest securing each portion with a toothpick before slicing the tortillas.
