What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 onions, cut into wedges
- 2 red bell peppers, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 pound beef liver, cut into 3/4-inch strips
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers and saute 8 minutes, or until tender.

Add remaining ingredients, cook 7 to 8 minutes, or until heated through and liver is cooked to desired doneness.
