You can never go wrong by bringing a classic to a potluck, and spaghetti and meatballs is a classic that everyone loves. Our recipe for Potluck Spaghetti & Meatballs is extra-special 'cause it's loaded with homemade meatballs!

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 pound ground chuck
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 (26-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound spaghetti

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the sauce and spaghetti. Mix well then form into 15 meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs in a large pot over medium-high heat and cook until brown on all sides, turning occasionally; drain.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer 30 minutes, or until no pink remains.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare spaghetti according to package directions. Serve cooked spaghetti with meatballs and sauce.
