- 1 (5.6-ounce) package Spanish rice and pasta blend
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 2 teaspoons fajita seasoning
- 8 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cup (6 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
What to Do
- Prepare rice according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, toss ground chuck with fajita seasoning. Cook ground chuck mixture in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until meat crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
- Divide rice evenly over each tortilla. Top evenly with ground chuck, avocado slices, cheese, lettuce, and tomato; roll up tortillas.
