A Japanese spin on classic hamburgers - the whole gang'll love this for a change... and you will too!
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki or soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
What to Do
- Combine first 6 ingredients; shape into 4 patties. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-low heat 20 minutes, turning once.
- Place patties on bottoms of buns; top with lettuce, tomatoes, desired condiments, and tops of buns.
