A Japanese spin on classic hamburgers - the whole gang'll love this for a change... and you will too!

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices

What to Do

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients; shape into 4 patties. Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-low heat 20 minutes, turning once.

  2. Place patties on bottoms of buns; top with lettuce, tomatoes, desired condiments, and tops of buns.
