Frozen Pineapple Mango Daiquiris

It’s summer and that means it’s time for the pool or beach, and of course plenty of frosty favorites. If you’re looking for a cool and refreshing tropical favorite, you won’t want to miss this. We infused these daiquiris with a generous amount of rum, but if you prefer tequila, vodka, or gin…go for it! There are no rules. So, what are you waiting for? Sip away!!
 

What You'll Need

  • 2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cup refrigerated pineapple mango juice
  • 3/4 cup light rum
  • Whipped cream for garnish
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish
  • Pineapple chunks for garnish

What to Do

  1. In a blender on high speed, combine pineapple, mango, ice cream, juice, and rum; blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream, cherry, and pineapple. Serve immediately.
     

Test Kitchen Tip

Go ahead and change up the fruit and juice flavors to create a variety of delicious drinks. To make these non-alcoholic, just substitute the rum with more juice.
