The bold flavor of blue cheese is a tasty alternative to regular garlic bread. Try this cheesy variation with your next meal and see why it's one of my favorite!
What You'll Need
- 1 (12-ounce) crusty French bread loaf
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Cut bread loaf at 3/4-inch intervals, cutting to, but not through, bottom of loaf.
- Stir together butter and cheese, spread evenly on both sides of each bread slice. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 7 minutes or until toasted.
