Cheese Garlic Biscuits

No kneading or cutting required when you make these easy drop biscuits- you're gonna love 'em!

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl; beat with a wooden spoon until blended.
     
  2. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 to 13 minutes or until golden.
     
  3. Combine butter and garlic powder; brush over tops of biscuits. Serve immediately.
