Crispy Breadsticks

These bite-sized breadsticks may never make it to your dinner table if you start snacking when they come out of the oven. Better double the recipe!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dried rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 2 (6-ounce) French bread loaves, halved lengthwise
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Combine first 6 ingredients. Cut bread halves into 1/2-inch slices. Place on baking sheets. Brush with oil mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
