Can you believe that with only 4 ingredients, we can create such tender, flaky rolls in no time?
What You'll Need
- 3/4 cup Italian salad dressing (see note)
- 2 (12-ounce) cans refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Pour dressing in a small bowl. Separate biscuits, and coat each with dressing. Fold biscuits in half. Place 2 biscuits, seam side down, into each of 10 lightly greased muffin pans.
- Combine Parmesan cheese and poppy seeds, and sprinkle mixture evenly on biscuits.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Notes
This recipe simulates those tender, flaky 4-layer rolls by folding and pairing refrigerator biscuit dough in muffin pans. Be sure to use "real" Italian salad dressing rather than the diet kind because the latter may make the rolls soggy.

Hello! I have a question about the Italian Parker House Rolls: Are the rolls coated with the dressing on one or both sides? If it is just one side, is it the inside or the outside (when it is folded)? Thanks so much! LLou
