To add a flavorful crunch to your favorite salad or soup, add these cheesy crisps either whole or crushed. They also make tasty snacks just by themselves. Fresh Parmesan cheese works best for this recipe if time allows.
What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 cup (6 ounces) finely shredded Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle about I tablespoon cheese, forming a 2-inch round, on an aluminum-foil lined baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining cheese, leaving 1-inch between rounds.
- Bake 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Using a spatula, quickly remove cheese crisps from baking sheet. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
