What You'll Need
- 3 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 (4.5-ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch deep-dish pie plate with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into prepared pie plate.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
