What You'll Need
- 1 red velvet cake mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
What to Do
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat three 8- x 4-inch loaf pans with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat cake mix, oil, and eggs. Add bananas; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Pour batter evenly into loaf pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack to cool completely.
- In a microwave safe bowl, microwave white chocolate chips 30 to 60 seconds or until melted and smooth. Pour into a re-sealable plastic bag. Cut tip off and drizzle over bread. Let set until chocolate hardens.
