- 6 tablespoon milk
- 4 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 1/2 to 3-3/4 cups confectioners' sugar

What to Do
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a 10- x 15-inch rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring the 2 sticks butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat; stir in flour, granulated sugar, eggs, sour cream, salt, baking powder, vanilla, and baking soda until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
- To make the frosting, in a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter with milk and cocoa powder. Remove from heat and stir in 3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and vanilla; mix well, (adding more confectioners' sugar, if necessary, until spreadable) then frost cake.
