- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
What to Do
- In a saucepan over medium-low heat, heat butter, half-and-half, and chocolate chips until chocolate is melted; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; let cool 15 minutes. Stir in powdered sugar until smooth.
