Strawberry Swirl Cake

If looks count, then this easy strawberry cake recipe is doubly terrific! Our Strawberry Swirl Cake is pretty on the outside and heavenly tasting throughout! This old-fashioned Bundt cake recipe is a favorite of ours 'cause it reminds us of Grandma's classic home cooking. Pair it with some cut-up strawberries and whipped topping for an extra special treat. You'll never need another strawberry cake recipe again!
What You'll Need
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (4-serving size) package strawberry-flavored gelatin
What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan with cooking spray; set aside.

In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat all ingredients except gelatin 2 minutes, or until creamy. Pour one-third of batter into pan. Sprinkle evenly with half of the gelatin.

Repeat layers with batter and gelatin then top with remaining batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve, or cover until ready to serve.
