Chicken Chow Mein

Chow mein noodles add crunch to an already-succulent chicken dish. Make your own Chicken Chow Mein instead of getting take-out!
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 ribs celery, thinly sliced
- 1 jar (12 ounces) chicken gravy
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can (10 ounces) chunk chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 can (14 ounces) bean sprouts, drained
- 1 jar (2 ounces) chopped pimientos, drained
What to Do
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, mushrooms, and celery, and sauté until tender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer until heated through, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
Notes
Serving: For added crunch, sprinkle with chow mein noodles just before serving.
