- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 can or jar (about 4 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
What to Do
