Spicy Chicken

What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
What to Do
- In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients, except the chicken. Add the chicken and turn to coat thoroughly. Cover the bowl and marinate in refrigerator for up to 1 hour, turning the breasts occasionally.
- Preheat oven to broil.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard excess marinade, place on a broiler pan, and broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn the chicken and broil for 5 to 10 minutes more, or until it is fork-tender and no pink remains.
