Spicy Chicken

This sure wakes up drowsy taste buds. Plus its great 'cause spicy is very "in" right now. And it's easy?and that's always "in"!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl whisk all the ingredients, except the chicken. Add the chicken and turn to coat thoroughly. Cover the bowl and marinate in refrigerator for up to 1 hour, turning the breasts occasionally.

  2. Preheat oven to broil.

  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, discard excess marinade, place on a broiler pan, and broil for 6 to 8 minutes. Turn the chicken and broil for 5 to 10 minutes more, or until it is fork-tender and no pink remains.
