Blueberry and Green Tea Smoothie

It doesn't get any more good-for-you or exotic than our easy Fresh Blueberry and Green Tea Smoothie. Every sip is like a spa treatment for your senses.
What You'll Need
- 2 cup water
- 1 3/4 cup fresh blueberries, divided
- 2 green tea bags
- Honey or agave to sweeten to taste
- 1 banana
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Zest of an orange
- 4 ice cubes
What to Do
- In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup blueberries and boil 5 minutes; strain, reserving liquid. Add tea bags to hot liquid and steep 3 to 5 minutes to make tea. Sweeten with honey to taste.
- Pour tea into a blender; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately.
