Blueberry and Green Tea Smoothie

It doesn't get any more good-for-you or exotic than our easy Fresh Blueberry and Green Tea Smoothie. Every sip is like a spa treatment for your senses.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cup water
  • 1 3/4 cup fresh blueberries, divided
  • 2 green tea bags
  • Honey or agave to sweeten to taste
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • Zest of an orange
  • 4 ice cubes

What to Do

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 cup blueberries and boil 5 minutes; strain, reserving liquid.  Add  tea bags to hot liquid and steep 3 to 5 minutes to make tea. Sweeten with honey to taste.
  2. Pour tea into a blender; add remaining ingredients and blend well. Serve immediately.
