This one's bound to be popular at all your parties. And you can keep it cold by floating a pint of ice cream in it. Add a garnish of mint leaves for the breeze of a tropical paradise or sprinkle with nutmeg for the crispness of a winter wonderland. I told ya - all your parties.
What You'll Need
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 3 cups (24 ounces) pineapple juice, chilled
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 quart cold milk
What to Do
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and beat until frothy. Pour into a chilled punch bowl.
- Makes 3 quarts and serves about 25.
Notes
Ice cream should be very soft.
