Join us in going nuts for these Chocolate Peanut Clusters. The combination of chocolate and peanut butter can't be beat, and the addition of butterscotch makes it even sweeter!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 2 cup salted Spanish peanuts
What to Do
- Place first 3 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat. Stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in peanuts.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill 10 minutes before serving. Store in refrigerator.
