Steakhouse Potato Salad

You know those delicious potatoes that you can only get at a steakhouse? The ones that are full of flavor from the Cheddar cheese to the crispy bacon? We took those savory flavors and made them into this tasty Steakhouse Potato Salad!
What You'll Need
- 3 pounds large Idaho Russet potatoes, scrubbed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 5 scallions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 5 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
What to Do
- Place potatoes in a large pot and add enough water to just cover them. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and cook 15 to 18 minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and let cool 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes and place in large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss gently until mixed well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
