Kevin, a good ol' friend of our Test Kitchen, gave us this whip-up-and-serve idea. When your friends taste it, they'll thank him, too!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup white vinegar
- 1 medium-sized head of cabbage, shredded (about 12 cups)
- 1 carrot shredded
What to Do
- In a medium-sized bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy. Mix in the sugar and vinegar.
- Place the cabbage in a large bowl; pour the cream mixture over it, add the shredded carrot, and mix well. Serve immediately or cover and chill until ready to serve.
