Maple-Glazed Salmon

Keep a package of individually wrapped salmon fillets in your freezer to pull out whenever you need them- this eliminates the extra trip to the fish market. Just thaw the fillets in the refrigerator overnight or in the microwave according to package directions. You can find them in the freezer section of your supermarket or warehouse grocery.
What You'll Need
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1-inch thick)
What to Do
- Preheat the broiler. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk.
- Place salmon, skin side down, on a ,broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with maple mixture. Broil 5 minutes; brush with maple mixture. Broil 5 more minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing with maple mixture.
