What You'll Need
- 4 (6- to 8-ounce) orange roughy fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs (store-bought)
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper; place in a lightly greased 9- x 13-inch baking dish.
- Combine butter and next 4 ingredients in a small owl; spread on fish. Top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
