Running late? Skip the fast food and cook something fast. This Parmesan Baked Fish will bake up melt-in-your-mouth delicious in no time!
What You'll Need
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound fresh or frozen white-fleshed fish fillets, like cod, haddock, or whiting, thawed if frozen
- 2 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 450 degree F. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, dillweed, onion powder, salt, and pepper; coat the fish fillets completely with the mixture.
- Place the fish in a 9" x 13" baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle the melted butter over the fish, then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 7 to 10 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Notes
I like to serve this fish with buttered noodles that have been topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
