Enjoy the taste of a peanut butter cup...in a popsicle! How come nobody ever thought of Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups before?!
What You'll Need
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 6 5-ounce paper or plastic cups
- 6 non-toxic wooden craft sticks
What to Do

In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa, and cornstarch. Whisk in milk and heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture begins to simmer. Continue stirring 2 minutes, or until mixture is thickened.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts; mix well.

Divide mixture evenly into cups; place a craft stick in center of each, and freeze at least 4 hours, or until firm.

Tear paper cup off pop or gently remove plastic cup to serve.
Finishing Touch: Serve as is, or decorate with fun sprinkles before freezing.
