Cranberry Pineapple Freeze

Here's a whole new way with frozen dessert. Is it fruit muffins or smooth, fruity ice cream? Whatever you want it to be, you're gonna love it.
What You'll Need
- 1 (8 ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
What to Do

In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar until smooth. With a spoon, add cranberry sauce and pineapple and stir gently.

Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper or foil liners and divide mixture evenly among them. Cover and freeze 3 hours, or until firm.
