It's a cookie? No, no? It's a pudding? No! Maybe a candy... we guess it doesn't matter what you call it. It's a guaranteed snack-time favorite!
What You'll Need
- 1 cup milk
- 1 (4-serving-size) package instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
- 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 (16-ounce) box graham crackers
What to Do
-
In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding and beat with a wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in whipped topping, marshmallows, chocolate chips, and peanuts.
-
Split graham crackers in half and lay out half of crackers on each of 2 (10- x 15-inch) cookie sheets. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pudding mixture on each graham cracker. Top with remaining graham crackers, forming sandwiches, and lightly press each "sandwich" together.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and freeze about 2 hours. Then wrap each one individually and return to the freezer.
-
Before serving, remove sandwiches from freezer and let stand about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
