Chocolate Stuffed Bananas

It's like a banana dipped in chocolate fondue - without all the work or clean-up! My mouth waters just thinking about the great taste.
What You'll Need
- 6 firm bananas, unpeeled
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
What to Do
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Make a lengthwise slit down the center of each banana. Divide the chocolate chips evenly in the center slits of the bananas. Wrap each banana tightly in aluminum foil.
- Grill the bananas for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chocolate chips are slightly melted.
- Unwrap the bananas and peel back the skins. Slice into 2-inch pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
Since these can be a little messy, you might want to serve them with toothpicks, or slice them a little smaller and serve over ice cream.
