What You'll Need

  • 2 (3") cinnamon sticks
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 6 whole allspice
  • 2 cups white cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle Pinot Grigio

What to Do

  1. Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart slow cooker (see note).

  2. Cover and cook on LOW setting 2-1/2 hours. Remove and discard cloves and cinnamon sticks before serving.

    Makes 6-1/2 cups.

Notes

Gather your spices in a piece of cheesecloth, and tie together with a string. Then place the spice bag in your slow cooker to simmer with the other ingredients. The punch will retain the spice flavors but removing the spices will be much easier.
