What You'll Need
- 1 cup Homestyle Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
What to Do
- Place 6 paper baking cups in a microwave-safe muffin pan, or side by side in a microwave-safe 7" x 11" baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; stir until well combined then spoon evenly into the baking cups.
- Microwave at 80% power for 3 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool, then serve.
