What You'll Need
- 2 cup fat-free milk

- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded reduced-fat jalapeno Cheddar cheese
What to Do
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and slowly add grits, stirring constantly with a whisk.
- Add chilies, salt, and onion powder to grits in saucepan. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until thick, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and add cheese, stirring until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
