Everyone loves apple pie-even kids when you serve up this pizza-inspired variation! It's even great for breakfast! Just shape the novel pizzas from refrigerated biscuits and pile 'em with shredded cheese, apples, and a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (17.3-ounce) can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 small cooking apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
What to Do

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.

Roll biscuits into 4-inch circles, and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over circles, leaving 1/4-inch borders. Arrange apple slices over cheese.
